Rob gains the VIP-4 distinction from the Global Photographic Union


Recently, Rob became only the 2nd person in the UK to gain a VIP-4 certificate from the Global Photographic Union (GPU). He gained this recognition by gaining Gold Medals awards for 30 separate images which he had entered in international photographic salons. The GPU system for VIPs (Very Important Photos) is based on images awarded the top prize in international exhibitions. For the VIP-4 award, each of these 30 different photographs need to have been awarded ‘best in class’, in the exhibition/salon entered and, as with the VIP distinction previously awarded, an evaluation of the award was determined beforehand by a special GPU committee.
